Bl. Stanley Francis Rother is the first American Martyr. He was murdered in Guatemala in 1981 defending his faith. He was beatified September 17, 1917.
These boxes were made by a group of widows that have lost their husbands due to the violence occurring in Colombia. They are hand painted. It's from the Liscano, Inc. Collection.
